The installed capacity of JRE’s  foundry is 2000 MT / Annum, manufacturing wide range of steel castings to international specs.

The foundry meets a delivery schedule of 0.5 kg to 1200 kg single piece castings in steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and high alloy steel. State of the art equipment in both manufacturing and testing has helped JRE establish a niche market for its special castings that find pride of place in critical applications.

The installed capacity for assembly of industrial valves is around 9000 nos / annum between swing check and wedge gate. The ball and globe valves are under development.
